Pancakes and Maple syrup?
My favourite food is breakfast food is waffles with maple syrup.
ingredients:
50g (2 oz) butter (melted)
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup (250 ml/8 fl oz) milk
1 cup self-raising flour
first you add the sugar and eggs to the melted butter, and lightly beat with a fork. stir in the salt and milk, then fold in the flour, mixing just enough to combine ingredients.
heat the waffle iron to a suitable heat (ours is on 5), then spray with non-stick spray. pour the batter onto the prepared iron, close the lid and cook for about 5 minutes (depending on your heat) until everything is evenly cooked and golden brown.
then you can customise them to suit your tastes like add berries, syrup or even ice cream!

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe. This has made me quite hungry! I love the last sentence “n you can customise them to suit your tastes like add berries, syrup or even ice cream!”
I love customises my food! It’s super fun and exciting, I love bananas, berries and sometimes even mangoes on my pancakes. What’s your must have customisation on your pancakes?
Well done!
